Happy Cow Milk Vodka is a premium craft spirit born from an innovative process that transforms surplus dairy whey into something exceptionally unique. This sustainable approach leads to an ultra-smooth flavor with a whisper of cream. Bonus: it's naturally lactose and gluten-free.

Yes. Our process involves a unique two-step fermentation and distillation process. In the initial fermentation process, lactose (the primary sugar in milk) is broken down into simple sugars, which are then converted into alcohol by a very special yeast. Next, distillation ensures that any remaining lactose or milk proteins are removed, resulting in a spirit safe for lactose intolerant drinkers.

Happy Cow Milk Vodka pours smooth with a hint of sweet cream that makes every sip light and memorable. The rich texture and unique flavor is what sets our vodka apart from typical grain or potato spirits, making it a standout choice for any vodka lover or curious sipper. Give it a try and see what whey vodka is all about.

Whey vodka is a win for the planet. Surplus dairy whey is a nutrient-dense ingredient meant for more than just your protein shaker. Our approach helps reduce waste and shrink the environmental footprint, making it a greener choice for both the dairy and spirits world, while supporting local farmers and creameries all-in-one.

We would suggest you start off neat and experience what made us fall in love with this vodka - unmatched smoothness with the slightest hint of cream. We also suggest you try Happy Cow Milk Vodka with any coffee pairings, such as the Cowboy Martini - our twist on the espresso martini.
